Modern - inside and outside

back to Object of the month

The outer shell of the new education centre stands for efficiency, aesthetics and high cost-effectiveness.

A new training centre for professions in the automotive industry has been built in the “Y-Parc” science and technology park in Yverdon-les-Bains. On an 8’000 square metre site, it offers space for around 1’500 apprentices, who now benefit from state-of-the-art classrooms and workshops. This modernity is also reflected in the façade of the new building: MONTAFORM® Design Individual profiles, which visually enhance the object, as well as large-area MONTANATHERM® sandwich panels were used here.

3,950 square metres of MONTAFORM® Design Individual MF 20-5/880 in powder-coated aluminium in the colour IGP Silk Grey and 740 square metres of MONTANATHERM® MTW V 160/1000 steel in the matt colour Champagne Grey were installed.
