With the new building, a four-storey commercial building with atriums and roof terrace was constructed on an existing underground car park in 2022. The mix of uses includes office space, a fitness centre, the branch of a retailer, a rooftop restaurant and 122 furnished business flats, which allow check-in and check-out around the clock thanks to complete digitalisation and automation.

With its elegant anthracite façade and brightly framed square windows, the modern commercial building is an attractive eye-catcher in the neighbourhood.

1,990 square metres of SWISS PANEL®  SP42/160 in RAL 7021 were installed for the façade.
